Welcome to Southwest Sunset Volleyball

Season 2009

Try-outs will be at Evangelical Christian School Gym. In order to be eligible for try-outs all forms listed below must be completed, printed and presented the day of try-outs. The links to all of the forms are found on the home page of the website.

1. USAV membership paid and printed
2. AAU Membership paid and printed
3. Copy of birth Certificate
4. USAVFL Medical Release Form (completed, printed and notarized. A notary will be available the day of try-outs)
5. Player information sheet (completed)
6. $50 try-out fee (Cash or Check payable to Southwest Sunset Volleyball Club)

¨ When the player makes a Black or Green travel team, the club asks for a $550 deposit up front at the time of signing.

Program and Costs

Black Team (Travel)
Elite top level age group. Selective and competitive. These teams will compete in 6 two and three day tournaments in Florida one out of state national qualifier. Teams will be determined after try-outs.

Cost $TBA

Green Team (Travel)
Competitive, top level age group. These teams will compete in up to two, two-day tournaments and up to three, one day tournaments. Teams to be determined after try-outs.

Cost $TBA

Club Team (Non-Travel)
Developing skills in all areas. Players do not need to try out for this team.
Beginning in January 2008

17 and Under Division - Players who were born on or after September 1, 1990

16 and Under Division - Players who were born on or after September 1, 1991

15 and Under Division - Players who were born on or after September 1, 1992

14 and Under Division - Players who were born on or after September 1, 1993

13 and Under Division - Players who were born on or after September 1, 1994

12 and Under Division - Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995

11 and Under Division - Players who were born on or after September 1, 1996

10 and Under Division- Players who were born on or after September 1, 1997
